Margarita Heinsen has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She also holds a Masters Degree in Education from Framingham State College as well as a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College, Mass. She has worked as an early childhood and elementary teacher for several years in the Dominican Republic and Boston Mass. She is currently an Education consultant and is the Director of the School of Early Childhood Education at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), Dominican Republic. Analisa Miró Torrijos has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She also holds a Masters Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language to Young Learners from The University of Leeds, England. She has been a preschool and elementary teacher for over fifteen years, and has coordinated several English as a Second Language Programs in the Dominican Republic. She is currently a consultant in the area of bilingual education and literacy development.
